Leasing Manager

As leasing manager, BriAnne Garza Scrivner is responsible for tenant retention for Airport Business Center, a 1.2 million square foot, 68 building multi-tenant office and industrial property located in Irvine, California. In addition to BriAnne’s tenant retention focus, she is also responsible for generating new tenant leads and marketing efforts for the property. She also collaborates with asset management to research and analyze all market related activity within the market and statistical data needed to identify trends in the portfolio. Prior to her current position, BriAnne was a leasing associate at Olen Properties for a 1.2 million square foot portfolio in South Orange County. She holds her bachelors degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California.
