Christina Hernandez

Accountant

Christina Hernandez is responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions for The Koll Company’s portfolio. The essential accounting functions she performs include preparing monthly financial reports, capital draws, and auditing receivables and payables. Christina joined The Koll Company in 2019 and worked at a real estate development company and homeowner’s association as a lead accountant prior to working at Koll. She graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a bachelor’s in communications and is currently working towards an accounting degree.
