Eric Schoof

Eric Schoof is responsible for the leasing and marketing of Airport Business Center located in Irvine, CA. During his tenure at the company, he has been instrumental in maximizing the occupancy and value of the 68 building, 1.2 million square foot portfolio of buildings. Eric is also responsible for market analysis and works with the management team to maximize the value of the property. During his 30 year career, he has been responsible for the leasing, sale, development, and management of commercial real estate throughout Southern California. Before joining Koll in 2009, Eric held positions as a Vice President and Director of Leasing overseeing a portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance-Real Estate from California State University, Fullerton, and is a California Real Estate Broker.
