Gerald Yahr
Managing Principal
As managing principal Gerald Yahr oversees the day-to-day management activities of the company. Since joining the Koll organization in 1987, he has directed the management, acquisition, and development of more than 20 million square feet of office, industrial, retail, and resort properties throughout the United States and Mexico. Before this, Gerald held a management position at the planning and engineering firm of RBF Consulting. He is a graduate of California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, and holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental planning.
