Lisa Miller
Vice President of Asset and Property Management
As the Vice President of Asset and Property Management for The Koll Company Lisa Miller is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the strategic operating plans and overseeing the operations for the portfolio of properties. Prior to joining Koll, Lisa was the Senior Vice President of Asset and Property management for CREDE Asset and Property Management. She had direct oversight of the property management, maintenance activities, and financial goals of assets totaling 3.5 million square feet. Lisa has more than 20 years of experience managing commercial real estate. She is a graduate of California Polytechnic University, Pomona, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, Real Estate, and Law.
