With 15 years of experience in both commercial and residential real estate, Mayra Caro holds a multi-faceted role within the Koll Company. As Project Manager, Mayra oversees tenant and capital Improvement projects for several properties within the Company’s portfolio, including Airport Business Center, a 68 building, 1.2 million square foot multi-tenant business park in Irvine, a two-story, suburban office building in Corona and a Class A high-rise office building in Cerritos. In addition to her Project Management role, Mayra is the property manager for a suburban office building in Corona, along with several assets in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mayra earned her bachelor’s degree from Argosy University and in 2021 was honored with IREM’s Real Estate Professional award. During her free time, Mayra is a devoted mother to her son Jacob and daughter Mia, both of whom pursue soccer and baseball. Mayra enjoys spending time with her children, having date nights, staying active through exercise, and watching football.
