Nancy Rohan
Controller
Nancy is controller for the company and oversees all accounting and financial reporting functions. Since joining Koll in 1992, she has been responsible for all of the accounting functions related to Koll’s private investment activities as well as development accounting, corporate accounting, asset management, and property management. Previously, Nancy was an accountant for a residential home building company and she started her career in public accounting. She received her bachelors degree in Accounting from San Diego State University.
