Lease Administration Coordinator
As Lease Administration Coordinator, Renee Lourenco is responsible for drafting all lease documents across the company’s portfolio. In addition, Renee coordinates with the accounting department on the integration of lease information into the company’s accounting system. She is also responsible for generating a variety of property related reports to comply with both internal requests and lender requirements. Prior to joining Koll, she worked for a private equity owner/operator as a lease administrator with an emphasis on commercial real estate leasing for 8+ years. She has a B.S. in Business Management and a real estate salesperson license.
