Scott Lanni is a Principal with The Koll Company responsible for capital markets and investment management. Scott has 20 years of commercial real estate experience and has completed over $7 Billion of acquisitions and capitalization. He has previously held senior positions with both The Irvine Company and Lyon Apartment Communities where he was responsible for the acquisition and investment efforts. Scott earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and also earned his MBA from the University of Southern California including international business courses taken at London Business School in the UK. He is a licensed California real estate broker.
