Scott Meserve
Principal
As a principal, Scott Meserve is responsible for acquisitions, development, and property operations. Since joining The Koll Company in 2005, Scott has been responsible for property and asset management, identifying investment and development opportunities, construction management, and marketing. Prior to joining Koll, Scott was development manager for Burke Real Estate Group. Over the course of his career, he has managed the development of over 3 million square feet of office and industrial product in Southern California. Scottholds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Vanderbilt University.
